Sisalation is a double-sided reflective foil insulation for metal or tiled roofs. It helps cut summer heat gain and reduce condensation with integrated vapour control, and its reinforced build suits demanding commercial and industrial projects. Choose the grade that fits your spec—FR405 for light-industrial, FR430 for heavy-duty, or Fireshield NC 502 D/S for stricter fire requirements.
Sisalation radiant barrier that cuts summer heat gain, control condensation and improve lighting under metal or tiled roofs. Use FR405 for light-industrial/commercial roofs, FR430 for heavy-industrial, and Fireshield NC 502 D/S where a higher fire class is required.
All rolls are 1.25 m × 40 m (50 m²; ~44 m² effective with overlaps), act as a vapour barrier, and deliver a system R-value around 1.38 m²·K/W when installed with an airspace.

Sisalation FR405 — Light-industrial radiant barrier for metal or tiled roofs. FR405 is an economical, durable, double-sided reflective foil laminate with built-in fire-retardant properties.
It acts as a radiant barrier and vapour barrier to cut summer heat gain and limit condensation—ideal for factories, warehouses, schools, clinics, and light-commercial projects.

Sisalation Fireshield NC 502 D/S — Heavy Industrial (Non-combustible class)
Sisalation® Fireshield NC 502 D/S — a heavy-duty, double-sided aluminium foil radiant barrier designed for heavy industrial, commercial/retail, and public assembly spaces such as hospitals, places of worship, and entertainment halls. NC 502 D/S delivers high reflectivity for summer heat control, functions as an effective vapour barrier to limit condensation.
Its reinforced construction provides long service life and robust dustproofing, and its A2-s1,d0 fire classification (EN 13501-1 / SANS 53501-1) makes it suitable for fire-sensitive occupancies where higher performance is required. Pair with bulk insulation to meet project thermal targets.
